Includes a sturdy tubular steel powder coated frame mobile dispenser stand with a holder tub for buckles and tools, a box of 1000 metal buckles, a tensioner tool and a reel of 13mm x 1100m woven cord polyester strapping with a linear break strength of 375kg and a system break strength of 638kg. Strapping reel is on a 78mm core.
